Lois DeCaro
Lois has been working in real estate for over 30 years, after devoting many years of her life to a career as an RN and raising her large family in Whippany—the town where she has lived her entire life. As State Broker and Northern New Jersey District Director for Fathom Realty for over eight years, leader of The Lois DeCaro Team of Fathom Realty, and a licensed real estate broker in both New Jersey and Florida, Lois brings decades of experience and real estate expertise to our clients.
Ashley Levinstone
Ashley has been a licensed agent for 16 years, starting her real estate career at mom, Lois’s, brokerage in high school. Ashley and husband Brad, both born and raised here, have 3 children, and also head Levinstone Properties Group together. They also own and manage rental properties in downtown Morristown and even in Florida along with Lois, and spearhead the team Rental and Landlord division.
Richard McKellar
Rich has been working in real estate for 21 years, having also grown up within the family business. Rich is proud to live with his wife and 2 children in Whippany, the town where he was born and raised. He specializes in luxury residential listings and working with investors to deploy capital through ‘fix and flip’ scenarios, DSCR, and ground-up construction.
Bradley Levinstone
Bradley followed suit and joined the Real Estate industry a few years back. Having grown up in Hanover, and then being able to start his own family here, he loved the idea of being able to give back to his hometown and help others to be able to achieve their own property goals, as well, Brad is also half of Levinstone Properties Group with wife, Ashley.
